Centro sviluppo Creativo Danilo dolci | IT
Centro per lo Sviluppo Creativo “Danilo Dolci” is a non-profit association based in Palermo, Italy, born from the experience of social and educational work of Danilo Dolci and his collaborators, started in Eastern Sicily back in 1952. The Centre stemmed from the need of offering the local communities a reality committed to practically solve the local problems, developing a creative space in which fostering awareness and bottom-up planning, paving the way for a real change. Since the beginning, the main focus of the Center were non-violent education practices and communication as well as the creative development of the local territory.


At present, Centro per lo Sviluppo Creativo “Danilo Dolci”, that works in the educational sector, involving young people and adults, mainly acting through projects in the educational field carried out in cooperation with schools, universities, institutions, associations and social groups both at local and international level.

The organisation designs and implements impactful initiatives, aiming to make a difference in tackling the ongoing challenges in a globalized world.


KMOP’s added value to Commit project is the R&D experience on awareness raising, communication strategies & campaign co-creation with the TG; Capacity Building programmes of CSOs/ organisations/ media professionals and public authorities; online campaigns; building critical thinking, media literacy, digital skills, empowering vulnerable groups (NEETs, migrants), school and university students. Università Degli Studi di Palermo - Department of Cultures and Society | IT
The University of Palermo (UNIPA) is a consolidated cultural, scientific and teaching institution in central-western Sicily. Each year 127 courses are offered as well as 44 masters and specialization courses, plus 19 PhD courses. UNIPA is a galaxy with over 40.000 students, 1.500 faculty members and 1.600 administration staff. It is also present in Agrigento, Caltanissetta e Trapani. Through the Department of Cultures and Society, UNIPA has developed a strong research expertise in communications. The Department also offers teachings activities and workshops in the field of advertising and web marketing, social and public communication, journalism, visual culture and design.

Radio La Benevolencija is a Dutch NGO recognized for its expertise in behaviour change interventions using media edutainment to embed, in vulnerable audiences, psychological awareness and knowledge of how to resist the manipulative pull of hate speech and allowing them to recognise and resist radicalization and encourage them to be active bystanders against incitement.


Textgain | BE
Language technology spin-off company of University Antwerp (BE), providing technology to detect online jihadi propaganda for companies, NGOs and governments. It collaborates with key stakeholders and the EC to study online political debates on disinformation, fake news, hate speech and polarising content.
